HOMESin were delighted to present at HouseMark’s Voids Club on 17th October.
HouseMark is jointly owned by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the National Housing Federation. Its Void Club members are made up of housing providers and local authorities responsible for, and passionate about, placing vulnerable adults in good quality homes.
HOMESin were invited to attend the full event at The Bloomsbury Hotel and be a part of the round table discussions about the issues and barriers the sector faces when trying to reduce the voids in general needs accommodation.
Lee Parker and Omar Al-Hasso then delivered the final presentation about how HOMESin assists housing providers, care & support providers, and local authorities to view available accommodation in real time, and how ‘disruptive technology’ can be a catalyst for positive change.
